We have prepared a full course of winter yellowtail, available only in winter.We use carefully selected ingredients, so although it may seem crazy, we are limiting it to three sets.The key to eating winter yellowtail shabu-shabu is to quickly blanch it in boiling water in order to bring out its fresh sweetness and texture.This course includes all-you-can-drink, making it perfect for banquets, welcome/farewell parties, and girls' nights.
